Christmas 2005

Merry Christmas everyone!

This is a bowl that I made for my Mom and my Meemaw. I just wanted to show it off a bit. I'm going to make myself one in the coming year so I can have one to set out during the holidays. The design comes from Sue Box. Panels are embroidered onto a washaway stabilizer, then sewn together, rinsed, and shaped into the bowl or flat like the doily. I just thought this was the coolest thing I could do for the holidays with my sewing machine. I've been working on these two bowls and doilies since August. My friend Linda C. showed me how to do it and how to be patient with my machine. She embroiders for a business and so her experience was completely useful as I was learning how to use metalic threads and such. If you click on the picture, it should show up larger for you to see the details. My Meemaw couldn't figure out how I did this. ;)

We had a wonderful holiday in Portland and Vancouver. We stayed with our friend hanxta, as my folks were sick and his house can also handle Jack. We had a great time catching up with him.

We got to see lots of family, but not as much as we'd have liked. We went to Jordan's family on Christmas eve, after stopping by to see one of his brothers and their family. We had a great time, lots of good food and drinks and laughs that night. We got to see one set of Jordan's grandparents, his folks, and one of his brothers and his girlfriend. Jordan's brother had just returned from Pennsylvania with his girlfriend and they brought lots of yummy treats, like UTZ potato chips and Tastycakes. hehe. Thanks guys!

My folks felt good enough on Christmas to have us over and to cook a fantastic meal and play video games. We stayed one night with them so we could all stay up too late visiting and then sleep in and have leftovers.

Everyone was so generous with thier gift exchanges, and we really appreciate it! We're busy playing with our new toys and planning on how to use the rest of them!

We ended the weekend seeing two of Jordan's brothers on our way out of town. We wanted to see his other set of grandparents, but time just kept slipping away from us traveling everywhere. I'm going to drop a note in the mail this week to them so they don't feel forgotten. We really feel bad that time ran out on us.

Seems like the flu is really traveling around. My folks, I mentioned had been sick. They were sick for 3 weeks before they finally went to the dr. when they developed fevers. They got good drugs. Then, my brother got sick from being around my folks on Christmas, and Jordan's oldest brother was just getting out of Urgent Care with a perscription for meds when we left town the day after Christmas. My parents were feeling a bit better, but I really hope they remain home to rest some more this week. Get well everyone! It's almost time to ring in the new year!

Many blessings to you all. We certainly feel blessed to have been surrounded by our families this holiday. Thank you!

Weekend Away!

We drove to Portland Oregon this weekend. We went to Portland's Saturday Market with a friend that was in town. We made it through all of the market, even though the windchill made it about 20 degrees outside. We were frozen. Hats had to be bought! Okay, I didn't buy any of these, I just thought it would make a nice shot. I sorta like the watercolor effect.

Saturday night we went out for dinner with friends and had a great time. I like this shot of Portland, if only that darn For Lease sign wasn't there. Jordan took this shot and I like how he nailed the lighting, well, for me it looks great. He just overexposed the shot a tiny bit and it really makes the buildings stand out.

Sunday we were to have a family dinner with Jordan's family. Unfortunately, an ice storm hit and sort of had us stuck in town for an extra night. Family dinner was canceled. We did drive around a bit using 4WD, but it was mostly scarey watching other people's cars skidding all over the place. I just can't believe how a lot of people lose patience rather than gaining some when trying to move around on ice. We could have tried to make it home to Monroe, but it was just a car accident waiting to happen when we tried to enter onto the freeways.

So, this is what I came home to;

Yep, a tree fell while we were away this weekend. The tree is actually right on the other side of the fence. It's odd how it came down, that stack of bricks probably saved our fence by blocking the tree from taking it down completely. This would have been a big bummer for our dog, as well as our neighbor's dog. Now, where did I put my chainsaw? hehe. Jordan and I were just talking the other week about having a chainsaw on hand in case something like this happened. We never got around to getting one. Can I go to Home Depot? Hmm? Can I?

Cookies!

Today I made "jammies" for my Meemaw. I started making them, and didn't realize that most of them were actually going to fit into the little tin I got for her. That just means there are hardly any leftovers to share this weekend. I'll have to get some time next week to make some more for the holidays.

These are basically shortbread cookies with some jam in the center. I made all NW grown fruit jams. Strawberry, Huckleberry, and Seedless Blackberry ( Marionberry).

Yum!

The past couple of days haven't been of any interest really. Just some general housekeeping chores. Today a little brown bird came into our solarium and got trapped. He just kept flying into windows to try to get out. I got out there, and it let me pick it up and I put it outside on a branch, but it couldn't stand or fly off. I held it for a bit, and then found a good place to set it down in the grass. Man, it had to have been dazed pretty good. It was just a tiny finch. I checked on it later and it was gone. That was my excitement. Do you feel me moving a mile a minute?

Today was grocery shopping. I went to three stores, to gather the best deals. I tried one of those Grocery Outlets for the first time. I'm not oooverly impressed, but I will say that if you buy regular items out there by some name brands, you may want to check in with them regularly for a great deal. Like, I found Tide laundry soap for about 4.00, Lean Cuisine meals for 2.00, some frozen veggies for 80 cents. I guess I wanted to see more deals on the things I buy; fresh produce, brown rice, oatmeal and yogurts. They have little of that. They have regular toothpaste as well as Tom's of Maine products. That's pretty good of them, and some yummy organic balsamic vinegar for 2.00!

Oh, they did have whole turkeys there for like 50 cents a pound. I was pretty impressed at that price. Seems like one of those could fill a lot of meals. Oscar Meyer deli meats for 99cents, and it wasn't expired! And they didn't seem to be 'irregular' in any way. So, I can see where if you buy sugary cereals and white bread, it's probably should be the first place you shop. I like my Adam's peanut butter, my whole grain breads, and my reduced fat cheeses. They didn't seem to have anything like that there. I did walk out with frozen veggies, and some fresh produce, white onions in a bag that looked great, for a buck, mushrooms, and red peppers(75 cents each!)

Oh, one thing I did enjoy. They sell beer and wine. Good brands too, for about 4 dollars less than the other groceries. I was pretty impressed at that today. Didn't take much today.

Very little grocery deals out there right now. I like it when you can get "so many" for a dollar, like today, I found 2 bunches of radishes or celery for a buck. I love "buy one-get one" deals too, but they rarely occur on anything I buy. Today I saw S'way had these roasts, two in a pack, and it was a BOGO offer. One cost fifteen bucks. So, that was about 7 bucks a roast, I wonder if that's a good deal? Looks like each roast was about a pound of meat. I like BOGO offers on toilet paper. That always makes me feel like I'm getting a deal. I clip coupons for toilet paper. If I can use a coupon on a BOGO offer, I feel like I need a superhero cape.

it's harmless...

Okay, so finding "deals" has been my latest thing. And, I've never really been the type of person that officially likes to go for the deal. But, at this point in my life, I'm appreciating being really frugal where I can be. Generally, it's only been for groceries. That's where this is all beginning. I fear where this is going to take me. My folks gave me their old copies of the Tightwad Gazette. I am not going to make my own Worstercire sauce. I just won't. But it does have some other great ideas. I started looking online at the word frugal, and it found me a deal that saved Jordan and I a hundred bucks.

You know those coupon envelopes you get in the mail..or in the sale section of the newspaper that shows you all these checks you can get instead of buying them from your bank? They are a total deal! Jordan and I would have paid our bank 140.00 for checks to be delivered. With one of these offers, it was only 40.00 and I have really cute rainforest frog checks now. Sorry Jordan, it's what you get when you let your wife pick the checks.

But, I earned me a night out! Jordan and I went out last week, after I had made such a deal, and we were discussing getting a newspaper subscription. I told him that probably from the coupons I could clip on the wednesday paper, I could probably pay for the subscription itself. We were in a mall and walked past a really funny guy who was selling subscriptions, AND if we signed up then and there, it would be like 12.00 a month for six months I think and after that we could bail out, or pay just a little more than that. AND, he gave us an Entertainment book if we signed up. (35.00 value I'm told! :) ) So, we signed up.

That night, we went out to dinner at a place we had been wanting to try. The deal was a BOGO. We saved 12.00. That paid for our first month of the newspaper. Damn we're good.

I think deals are only deals though, if you use the coupons on something you were going to buy anyway. These books are kinda cool, cuz I've used several of their 5.00 off total checkout price at S'way and other major markets. Those mixed with my coupons, hell, it's like we're eatin' for free! okay...not quite...Jordan gets the bill....he knows we're definitly not eating for free...

Okay, just because saving money like this is real entertainment to me lately ( did I mention we don't have t.v.?), I was needing my watch face repaired. I just put the watch to the side and haven't done anything with it. But lo' and behold, a coupon existed for Fred Meyers to take 5.00 off of any watch repair. I like it when stuff like that happens.

Oh, and Jordan, there's an espresso stand up near the Reptile Zoo, and they're celebrating their 2 year anniversary by offering 1.00 mochas....for a 16.oz! hehe...leave it to me.

my gawd, today is boring, no?

Father knew best!

Yes, you've seen this photo before. Our inspector said that this water coming out of our water heater was "normal." Jordan and I did find it difficult to believe, but stood by our trusty inspector. When we needed a handyman, my folks suggested further that we have them check out this water that is coming from our hot water heater. He also said it was expected, and that it was just condensation. My Dad asked around to different plumbers and they all suggested that we contact a plumber to have it checked out. That this could be the result of a faulty pressure valve. Jordan called a plumber yesterday and he got out here this morning to check it out. Even over the phone, the plumber was saying that it could be something serious.

From Jordo:
For those interested...we had 140 pounds of pressure coming from the faucets outside of the house, so the plumber installed a pressure reducing valve at the point of entry for the plumbing and set us up with 60 pounds of pressure. What had been happening is that the water heater/expansion tank was designed to release water when the pressure reached a maximum (I think 150 pounds). This was happening regularly and so the water was released regularly as well. This is a really good thing because it means the safety valve was working, otherwise we may have had an explosion! Nice to not be wasting that water now.

So, Dad, THANK YOU for pushing us further and further into the discovery of what is going on with our water heater. We're going to make sure our inspector and handyman know about these issues. I doubt anyone is going to want to fork over any money into their own misjudgements, but it cost us 324.00 today. So, when we thought we were just getting the John Deere for each other for our Christmas present, we didn't bank on us being ever so generous as to throw in a few repairs for the home as well. Oh, and by now, that hose is put away for the winter, not really outside freezing! Just thought you'd like to know.

We also had the plumber look at a leaking hose bib. I wasn't there for the discussion on that repair, but I'll update this blog later.

We asked the plumber about Hot Water Recirculating Pumps, since we have to wait a good 5 minutes and longer for hot water to reach our shower. He said that they work great, and that there are new ones out now that are even easier to install. I've read on the package that they are easy to install. I wonder if they mean easy for plumbers?
I did find this link this morning about them.
http://www.askthebuilder.com/413_Hot_Water_Recirculating_Pumps.shtml
The guy in the question is complaining about having to wait 30 seconds....hehe, I wish it were only that much here!
I found a recirculating pump on sale at our local Coast to Coast for 250.00. I need to look further into if it's a more modern one, or an older one. Being on a one level home makes it easy enough to work with either, but the less amounts of plumb work we'd have to do would be better.

Okay, this stuff was not what I had envisioned to take care of this week. We've both let our cars fall behind on maintenance, and with trying to drive so much between Portland and Vancouver, we really need to make sure that things are working fine. I got my car up to date yesterday, now it's Jordan's turn. His is going to require much more work than my own, but hopefully we have enough discount coupons to make some of it easier. Not to mention trying to get our holiday shopping and organizing ready. We've not had the extra funds for a tree this year so far. Maybe right around Christmas, we'll be able to pick one up, decorate it, and then burn it up in the fireplace for warmth. Man, I need to bake holiday cookies and finish up a project I'm working on with my sewing machine. I'm trying to make my Meemaw a very special gift. She always finds the time to make me something very special. I have so many items around my house that are from her little fingers and warm heart. I'm about halfway done and need to run out to get another spool of thread before I'm done. I'll post pictures after the holidays of what it is.

Green visitors from outer space!

The weekend is gone. :( Good thing we got pictures to prove we had a good one! Dan and April G. came up to visit from Vancouver WA. It was an excellent weekend! Thanks guys for taking the time to come see us. We hope you had a great time too and will do it again! By the way, Dan took this bridge photo, while we were visiting Index Washington. It's an excellent photo, I only added the sepia. Jordan and I forgot our cameras ( of all things! ), but Dan was nice enough to share and stand in the snow taking photos for us. Thanks!! I think it paid off! ....showoff!....

This is a chapel that we found on the side of one of our country roads up here. It seats about six people in it's pews. I'm wondering why we didn't decide to get married here!

April and I went to Chataeu St. Michelle, and Columbia wineries this weekend. Afterwards we went to Red Hook Brewery so the guys could quench some thirst. Dinner was at a fabulous Indian restaurant where we all ate too much to be able to take any photos.

And so the games began. Finally, back at home where I'm closer to my camera. Whew!

And...what helps Jenga become a more complex game?

One thing drinking folks shouldn't have access to, is a camera.

Thanks again for coming guys. We had a great time!

Oh, and Dan? You left your pillow, but don't worry, we're not letting it be wasted.

Just kidding!

New Home Photos!

This is the view of the front of our new home from the street. I'm standing right about on our property line with our neighbors. If you click on each picture, it should appear in a new window, larger, with more detail.

Our driveway lined with trees.

The other side of the driveway. I'm not quite on the property line. Those trees on the left, that is where our property ends. Some of the wire fencing has grown into these tall trees.

I'm now looking towards the right, at our driveway from the other side. I love all these trees!

Part of our backyard, beyond the gate.

Our kennel for Jack, and our 2 stall barn.

The view from the barn to the back of the property.

This is the view from our back porch. Our pumphouse for an old well is on the right. We're not sure if we can get it going again, or if it's legal. It would be nice in the summer to water our fruit trees that are in the middle of this property. They appear fairly new.

I'm standing in the middle of our backyard, looking towards the back of our house.

This was one reason we love this house. I've just come through the front door, and this is my view. This is our living room. I love how you can see so much of the outside from this room. There are lots of large windows all over this house, and it's just a great way to still feel connected while indoors. We cannot see any neighbors from any of our windows. That was another plus of this property. You can see neighbors if you go to our front windows and turn your head, but for the most part, you can't see them at all.

Howdy! Well, today I get me my very own handyman. There are a few things about this house that give it "personality" and so today, we're hoping to get some insight for what we can do with some of our repairs.
The house was built in 1974, and has had an addition of a two car garage and a modification creating a bonus room about six years ago. Our inspector told us the structure of the home is fine, and only noted a few things that we should be concerned with. We took those into consideration and had repairs completed before we moved in. We left the small stuff for ourselves to address once we moved into this home.

Today, the handyman is going to be installing an arc for the circuit breaker for three bedrooms. This is supposed to be much safer than just being connected to a circuit breaker. Jordan understands more of this than I do.

Our fireplace blower needs attention. We have a call in to our previous owner, because this fireplace was supposed to have been fixed prior to move in. They said it got fixed as well as another fireplace repair that was needed, yet we can't seem to get the blower to work. The only instruction we got upon move-in was to get the fire started, plug in the blower and when the fire is hot, turn on the blower. Yes, we've tried both pushing the red button and turning it like a dial.
The outlet it's plugged into is fine. There is no switch that needs to be flipped for that outlet to work, and the outlet works for other items, such as lamps. Still, it won't work. The heat from the fireplace is so minimal, it's not been worth the effort or money to light a "3 hour log" on fire ($1.09). This makes us doubt the other repair they say they had done on this fireplace. Was something actually done? We'll find out soon when we can get the receipt for the work performed and contact that repair facility. Our handyman took a look at this, took it all apart, he saw no evidence of any new equipment, and that the two motors and the thermostat are not functioning. He recommends we find out who did the work, so they have a chance to stand by it, or to just pay to have the blower replaced fully.

We have another fireplace, it's located in the kitchen. It isn't functional, but we've not found out exactly why. This is what it looks like on the outside and inside-up towards the chimney.

This is directly looking from the ground, up.

Then I placed my camera next to that brick in the last shot and took this photo to see what was further up the chimney. I'm confused. Our handyman suggested we contact a fireplace guy for this one. He pushed on that board and got soot to come out. Wonder what's up there.

Our house also has an external pipe that comes from the water heater. Do you see it on the house, on the right? It's tucked up against the house. Our concern is that is keeps the sidewalk and surrounding grass quite wet. So,what's this water from? Our handy Mr. Fixit says it's just condensation and nothing to worry about. He is going to bend some pipe to redirect the water. Since we've been getting snow and freezing temperatures, it makes this part of the sidewalk slick. Mom and Dad, I hope this helps calm your worries about the water heater. The inspector also said that it's fine. Oh, and I will cover up that faucet to stop it from freezing. :) I hooked up the hose to wash my windows the other day.

As an aside, all outlets in this house are upside down. Which is not really a problem except when we want to plug in chargers or something with some weight to them, and hanging upside down, they fall out. As a further aside, the other day we had all the locks rekeyed and the locksmith told me that all the doorknobs or locks were installed upside down. Feel the personality yet?

Atleast there are no huge damages to fix, like flooding damage, or roof replacements and things of that nature. These are repairs we knew of before we moved in ( and include a handful more), I just thought you might see what we're up to today. I'm going to go now, and level out some new molehills that have come up. Nothing has helped these buggers subside just yet. It is a gorgeous day to be outside, too bad it's so darn cold! I've heard that the best method for getting rid of moles is to use traps. I've heard that other methods may appear to be working, but really, the moles are moving through thier mazes of the underground and may have just moved on temporarily, or gone deeper into the soil. I'm beginning to believe it's going to be a normal chore of this yard, that while I'm out enjoying my place, I'll just have to carry a shovel, and a rake, and get rid of the mounds of dirt that they leave, and rake out the rest, so that the grass doesn't die, and our yard has a more healthy look about it. Here I go!

Our new addition

We're really excited and have been dreaming about our new "little one." Sure does look sweet, doesn't she? They're always so cute when they're new!

Taking my best shot!

I took this picture today. It's of our own mailbox. I really like how it came out.

I've been trying to work on my digital photography, as well as my digital editing for effect. I've had some fun recently and just wanted to share what I've come up with. There are some photos that Jordan took like this one of myself, which I edited.

This is Jordan! He's also generally the focus of my photography. I think it's because he understands that I need to take lots of pictures, and so he'll let me do it as much as I want. This is a look that just sort of makes me smile. It's like he's almost had enough of me staring at him with my camera and tripod, while he's trying to relax. Do you see it? Ya...me too. He's laying on our dog Jack in this photo, while we hang out in our old apartment in Bellevue, WA.

Our backyard, Monroe, Washington. Take a moment and just look at this photo.

Thanks.

Jordan's cricket. I love this photo he took at Hoyt Arboretum in Portland, OR. Isn't it cool? I only cropped his original photo.

Tunnel Falls, Eagle Creek Oregon.

OKAY...now for the crazier stuff.

I'm trying to learn how to use PhotoImpact Pro. The text book shows that it can do some really cool things to digital photos. Jordan took this photo of daisies at his previous house in Vancouver. I've taken his awesome picture and tweaked it in both Picasa 2 and PhotoImpact Plus. This is generally even a bit funky for me, but I got this one right where I likes it. I definitly think it's due to the color contrasts that I got to occur (his real house was grey, not blue like it is here). Its cheery and laughable to me. Is that whimsy?

This is a flower I found on the big island of Hawaii, near Hilo. PhotoImpact Pro can produce a more fantasy style of digital editing. I kinda like it.

I really hope you've enjoyed some of what I've come up with here. I'd love to be using some Photoshop and other larger programs that are out there, but I'm just getting used to being able to take a good photo first, and also see if I like playing around with digital editing after. Perhaps when I've shown myself a good amount of "umpf" for this hobby, I'll check into investing into something better.

Mountains out of mole hills

We have 1.64 acres of nice useable flat yard. We just moved in about three weeks ago and I noticed one small mole hill out in the back yard, waaay in the back. A few days later....three mole hills....a day later, three more hills. Out front, I noticed two hills, by the road. I started looking for solutions. By now, I've got about 20 hills in the front yard, and probably 15 in the back. The mess moles make aren't only in thier hills, but in their tunnels. My yard is beginning to look like a mess of underground superhighways. They create what I call "ankle breakers." They create a yard that has so many dips in it, that when walking around the property, your foot slips into these dips and causes you to just about sprain your ankle. I want to be able to enjoy my property, not solely looking at the ground for where my foot will land.

I've heard of the following solutions;

-Ultrasonic waves that are released that keep moles away. The waves carry through the dense earth and irritate the mole into simply leaving. There is a warning on the package that says that it may temporarily attract moles, out of their own supposed curiosity, so my problem may get worse ( have you seen the pictures?) briefly. Evidently it's safe on pets, but I heard a story the other day about a guy who used them, and the neighbor dog never stopped barking after that.

-Placing "Juicy Fruit" gum into the mole tunnels. I'm not sure how this works, but my parents are trying this method. Mom and Dad? Feel free to comment on how this works for ya!

-Mole smoke bombs. Smoky solutions that poison the suckers in thier holes.

-Powder deterant ( active ingredient said "blood meal" I think). You evidently sprinkle this on the mole hills, and the perimeter of the yard to deter moles away from your property. This stuff is sold in gallon size containers. I would need an ungodly amount to make things worthwhile.

-Mole bait. This one made me laugh. You have to dig up the hill, find the tunnel, put this liquid gel bait in there, then carefully cover the mole hill back up seemingly undisturbed. Ya...right!

Okay, just to let you know, I also don't want to hurt animals, poison the ground, air or water. Please know that I'm aware of the results of using such solutions.

But these things are pissing me off.
So I went to Home Depot. I couldn't find the ultrasonic wave thingy....so I got some bombs. My only other choices at Home Depot were the bait options, or that bloodmeal deterant.

If you are a pyromaniac, these mole bombs should be right up your alley. They light like some huge firework, with their fuse being super exciting. The idea is that you hopefully dig the mole hill up correctly enough to be able to locate the tunnel, light the bomb, and shove it in the tunnel and cover it up before you're engulfed in sulfer fumes. I did this. Where there was one mole hill the other day, there now are three. I think moles have a sick sense of humor.

Perhaps I didn't do it right. Perhaps I tossed the bomb down the wrong end of the tunnel, where there were few moles. Maybe they were in the other side of the tunnel and just continued on making more tunnels, more hills and more frustration for me. So, I've not given up on the bombing method just yet....I'll get to do more today. It just seems so extreme, it's got to work.

But in the meantime, I went to Lowes. They didn't have the bombs...but they did have the ultrasonic option. We got two of them. They're supposed to cover about 3,000 square feet. They were $20.00 a piece, and guaranteed that they were safe for pets. They are guaranteed for 30-90 days. The Lowes rep couldn't tell us exactly which. hmpf.

I'm sorry if I'm worrying any animal-defending friends out there that just can't see why someone would try to care about mole hills destroying their yard. Most I can say, I hope the ultrasonic method works too. Shoot, and I must remember to pick up some Juicy Fruit!

You don't know Jack

Registered as "You don't know Jack." Jack is five years old. He was given to me by my parents. Jack followed my Dad out to the car when they were looking for a dog to buy. My Dad couldn't turn him away, even though they were really shopping for a yellow lab, which they got at the same time. They raised Jack from a pup, with his half-sister, Maggie, until he was about a year old, maybe 15 months or so. Their gift to me was hard to give, especially for my Dad, but they both knew that Jack and I would be great pals for each other. Jack has always been a great dog, and I'm just so lucky to have him. He is generally the focus of my photography.

Our new home...in the snow

Jordan is out playing with Jack, our 5 year old black lab. Jordan is throwing snowballs for Jack to catch.
....goofy dog....

Jordan took this photo and I tweaked it a bit with some software. I hope it comes out clearly enough. The water has a gentle speed about it, so it's kinda nice that it's not stagnant waters. This is Woods Creek, as seen out our back fence. My brother-in-law Michael found tracks of elk, or deer in our backyard very near this fenceline. We've been trying to find more.

This is our backyard, viewed from the house. Its fully fenced-in so our dog can play.

Woods Creek lies just past that small tree stump in the middle. Those tall trees are across the creek.

It's been snowing for about three days, and it melts everynight. This is the first morning where the snow has hung around a bit. It's only about 3 inches of good snowball packing snow, but makes our whole place seem like a black and white photo.

Welcome!

Hello everyone, and welcome! I wanted to start off with one heck of a good picture, and luckily enough, my good friend Heather C. hooked me up unknowingly. This stained glass picture you see here was her wedding gift to me and Jordan. She made this!! It looks just like the place we got married this September at Camp Colton. I just had to showcase her work right off the bat. We just moved into our new home and it was the first thing I put up. I love, absolutely LOVE her work. She's a definite talented artist. So, welcome to my blog, I'll catch you up on who I am as time goes by, and hope to fill my site with loads of awesome pictures. Posted by Picasa
